Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the network operation and network implementation support, delivering high quality network support to customer in response to varying business requirements. Tasks performed include network operation support, network issue troubleshooting and network solutions integrating.

Communication/Negotiation:
Collaborate with other technical specialists when carrying out assigned duties, effectively negotiates with technical peers and customers, to well implement and support customer network.

Problem Solving:
Analyzes technical problems and creates solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools. Performs assigned tasks within schedule in accordance with established standards and guidance. Prepares and recommends technical alternatives involving technology, methodology, tools, processes and solution components. Challenges the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve the customer solution.

Technical and Professional Skills:

In-depth knowledge and strong experience in the following area's of specialization: Routing Switch, wireless and data center network
General knowledge of networking/security protocols and applications such as: TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS, IPSec
Knowledge and experience of network vendors (Cisco, Aruba, F5 etc.), including solution, technology and product offerings
Experience with network management tools such as Solarwinds etc
Knowledge of public cloud, such as AWS and Azure. Experience of operation and maintenance in public cloud is preferred
Rich experience on network service outsourcing, network delivery and project management. At least 2 years of experience in network SO (service outsourcing) fields. Familiar with SO management processes including routine health check, status report, change fulfillment, incident handling and troubleshooting
Ability to work effectively, add value as a project team member
Self-Motivating. Must be able to work independently and have demonstrated strong personal initiative
Ability to work well under pressure
Good English written and verbal communication skills, CET-4 or CET-6 is preferred
CCIE or similar certification highly desirable
